- 1/2 cup tahini
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 green chili, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large lemon, juice of
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 add tahina in a bowl.
- 2 add lemon juice to bowl and stir well. add in the water mix till incoperated.
- 3 add salt,garlic and chili.
- 4 add parsley.
- 5 serve with fish, grilled meat, rice dishes and falafals.
