Teriyaki Burgers

Ingredients
- 250 g ground lean lamb
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 small onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 small potato
- 1 garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil, for the pan
- teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8-1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, to sprinkle
Recipe
- 1 chop the veggies in a chopper.mix all ingredients for burgers, make patties and bake them in a nonstick pan.
- 2 when done, take them out and add in the same pan the teriyaki sauce ingredients already mixed. stir till thickened.
- 3 serve with rice - like japanese rice- a coleslaw and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
