Sweet 'n' Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 (14 ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained
- 12 freezer meatballs, thawed
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except bell pepper, pineapple, and meatballs; mix well. cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens. reduce heat. add pepper, pineapple and meatballs; simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until heated through. serve over rice or with toothpicks.
