Taste-tingling Dry Meat Rub

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup paprika (i use hungarian)
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Recipe

  • 1 mix all dry ingredients together.
  • 2 rub on meats or fish to season.
  • 3 roast or grill as desired.
