Ingredients

- 1/3-1/2 lb bacon
- 1 (6 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 25 toothpicks
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
Recipe
- 1 wrap bacon around each water chestnut, put toothpick from one side to the other. place in a oven proof baking dish, mix the sherry and soy sauce then brush on each bacon and water chestnut.
- 2 bake at 350°f 15 to 20 minutes.
