Spicy Roast Lamb

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 5 -6 lbs lamb roast
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 4 tablespoons cracked pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons thyme

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together and smooth on top of the raw lamb roast.
  • 2 bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for approximately 2 1/2 hours (covered with foil or roast pan lid).
  • 3 remove the foil or roast pan lid and continue to roast for abother 1/2 hour.
  • 4 remove from the oven and let stand 20 minutes before carving.
