Spicy Roast Lamb

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 5 -6 lbs lamb roast
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 4 tablespoons cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons thyme
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and smooth on top of the raw lamb roast.
- 2 bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for approximately 2 1/2 hours (covered with foil or roast pan lid).
- 3 remove the foil or roast pan lid and continue to roast for abother 1/2 hour.
- 4 remove from the oven and let stand 20 minutes before carving.
