Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 (20 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chunked
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown chops in the oil with salt and pepper.
- 2 place onion and sweet potatoes on the bottom of crock pot.
- 3 place chops on top of onions.
- 4 add broth.
- 5 coat evenly with pie filling.
- 6 cook on low 5-6 hours.
