Virginia's Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 -4 potatoes, sliced
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) soup cans milk
  • 3 cups cooked ham
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 butter 2 quart casserole dish.
  • 2 layer potatoes on bottom of dish; salt & pepper, if desired.
  • 3 place a layer of ham.
  • 4 continue layers, finishing with potatoes on top.
  • 5 mix soup and milk, until creamy.
  • 6 pour over casserole.
  • 7 cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
  • 8 this also can be microwaved if in a hurry.
  • 9 microwave on high for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
