- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup brown mustard
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup wine
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 lighty sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper; place in a baking pan.
- 3 mix together brown mustard, brown sugar and wine; pour over chicken and turn to evenly coat.
- 4 bake at 375 for about 40 minutes or until done.
