Teriyaki Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb fresh ground turkey breast
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 2 teaspoons stevia, sweatener
- 1 teaspoon gingerroot, grated
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. shape into 6 firmly pressed patties 1/2" thick.
- 2 when ready to grill, lightly oil grill rack. place patties on grill over medium heat. cook 8 to 10 minutes until no longer pink in center turning once (do not press while cooking).
- 3 serve as you would a normal burger, or serve with fresh pineapple rings, teriyaki or sweet and sour sauce, and sesame buns.
