Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 3 cups assorted fresh vegetables, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
Recipe
- 1 place meat & veggies in large skillet with a little bit of water.
- 2 cook over medium heat.
- 3 add egg and quickly scramble into mixture.
- 4 when meat is cooked through, veggies should be tender.
- 5 mix in cooked brown rice & serve.
