- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 bottle french dressing
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- garlic salt
- onion salt
- meat tenderizer (about 1/2 tsp per 1 lb meat)
Recipe
- 1 mix well.
- 2 marinate meat 3-4 hours.
