Wok Steak Sweet And Sour

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 lb snow peas, trimmed
- 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 4 ounces water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2/3 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 3 cups cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in wok; add beef and stir fry until browned 3-4 minutes.
- 2 move beef to side of wok and add vegetables.
- 3 stir fry until crisp tender, about 5 minutes.
- 4 add sesame seeds and sauce, stir to combine.
- 5 serve over rice.
