Sweet And Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb italian sausage meat
- 1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/8 cup vinegar
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine the sausage, bread crumbs and egg with your hands until well mixed and sticking together.
- 2 form meatballs by hand and brown in a large skillet over medium/high heat.
- 3 pour sauce over meatballs and simmer over medium/low heat for about 30 minutes.
- 4 note: you will need to add a little water to the sauce as it cooks to avoid it getting too dry.
- 5 serve over rice or just eat them plain!
