Ingredients

• Servings: 16
• 3 lbs lamb roast
• 16 ounces salsa
• 1 (12 ounce) can coca-cola
• 2 cups brown sugar
• water

Recipe

• 1 fill crockpot with roast and water to fill 1/2 way.
• 2 cook on high for 5 hours.
• 3 discard liquid. cut roast in 4 sections and trim visible fat.
• 4 puree salsa in blender, then add brown sugar and coke.
• 5 return all to crockpot and cook on high for 3 more hours.
• 6 shred with a fork.
• 7 i put 10oz. portions in freezer bags (what my family will use for a meal and have enough for a couple of wraps left over).
