Warm Crab And Spinach Dip

Total Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed
  • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 lb crabmeat
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in the top half of a double boiler.
  • 2 add the onions and garlic.
  • 3 cook until just soft.
  • 4 whisk in the cream and heat.
  • 5 slowly whisk in the brie.
  • 6 simmer until melted.
  • 7 add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 8 serve warm.
