Warm Crab And Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream
- 8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed
- 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 lb crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in the top half of a double boiler.
- 2 add the onions and garlic.
- 3 cook until just soft.
- 4 whisk in the cream and heat.
- 5 slowly whisk in the brie.
- 6 simmer until melted.
- 7 add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 8 serve warm.
