Spareribs With Barbecue Sauce-pressure Cooker

Ingredients

- 10 lbs spareribs, cut into serving pieces
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 4 onions, sliced
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Recipe
- 1 season ribs with salt, pepper and paprika.
- 2 heat canner, add oil and brown ribs.
- 3 add onions.
- 4 combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
- 5 close cover securely.
- 6 place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 15 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.
- 7 let pressure drop off of its own accord.
