Spareribs With Barbecue Sauce-pressure Cooker

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 10 lbs spareribs, cut into serving pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 4 onions, sliced
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Recipe

  • 1 season ribs with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • 2 heat canner, add oil and brown ribs.
  • 3 add onions.
  • 4 combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
