Spicy Orange Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 2 medium dark-orange sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 3/4 cup original bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or 2 tablespoons water
- 4 boneless lamb loin chops, 1/2 inch thick (1 lb)
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350°f in medium bowl, mix marmalade, butter, cinnamon and ginger. stir in cranberries and sweet potatoes; set aside.
