Sweet Jalapeno Chicken

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
• 6 tablespoons honey
• 6 tablespoons dijon mustard or 6 tablespoons honey mustard
• 6 tablespoons jalapeno jelly, preferably the red colored one
• salt and black pepper

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
• 2 in a small bowl, mix together honey, mustard and jalapeno jelly.
• 3 place chicken breasts in a baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and pour honey-mustard-jelly sauce over all, coating well.
• 4 bake uncovered for about 1 hour, basting occasionally, until chicken juices run clear and meat is no longer pink.
