Ingredients
- 2 lbs 80% lean ground beef
- 2 1/2 ounces hormel fully cooked bacon pieces
- 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.
- 2 form into patties. (we used our single-patty press set on 1/4"-inch thick for thick burgers like wegmans).
- 3 grill until fully cooked.
