Weight Watcher's Turkey Sausage Patties

Ingredients

- 1 lb uncooked ground turkey breast
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 combine turkey and dry spices in large bowl. mix together thoroughly.
- 2 add chicken broth, mixing well. let stand 15-20 minutes.
- 3 form turkey into 8 patties, approximately 3/4 inch thick.
- 4 cook patties in non-stick skillet over medium heat 7-8 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked.

- 6 hot and zesty: add 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and 3 tbsp tomato paste.
- 7 italian: add 1/2 tsp marjoram, 1/2 tsp coriander and 1/2tsp rosemary.
