Winning Scout Dutch Oven Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 4 cups sliced zucchini
- salt and pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown beef and celery and remove with slotted spoon.
- 2 saute zucchini in pan drippings until lightly browned and remove with slotted spoon.
- 3 layer beef mixture and zucchini in dutch oven.
- 4 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 5 stir worcestershire and sugar into tomato sauce and pour over casserole.
- 6 sprinkle with cheese.
- 7 cook over low fire for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
