- 3/4 cup purchased peanut satay sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
- 8 lamb loin chops
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to medium high heat.
- 2 combine sauce ingredients and brush over both sides of lamb chops.
- 3 heat remaining sauce and bring to a simmer.
- 4 grill the chops about 5-7 minutes per side for medium.
- 5 serve with remaining sauce.
