Ww Chili Burgers

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup tomato juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 3 radishes, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 reduced-calorie hamburger buns

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler (see note in description) and spray broiler pan with pam.
  • 2 to make burgers, combine first 6 ingredients (beef - chili powder) plus 1/2 teaspoon salt and the pepper in a bowl, mixing with a wooden spoon or your hands. form into 4 patties.
  • 3 place burger patties on broiler pan (see note in description) and cook until browned (5-10 minutes), turn and cook other side. during the last minute or so place burger buns on broiler pan and cook until toasted.
  • 4 meanwhile prepare salsa by combining salsa ingredients (tomato - lime juice plus remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt) in a small bowl.
  • 5 place burgers on buns topped with salsa.
