Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless center-cut lamb loin, trimmed of all visible fat and cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine lamb, water, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf, and salt in med saucepan.
- 2 let stand 30 minute.
- 3 bring mixture to a boil.
