Ww 5 Points - Lamb Adobo

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless center-cut lamb loin, trimmed of all visible fat and cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine lamb, water, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf, and salt in med saucepan.
  • 2 let stand 30 minute.
