Ingredients

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground lamb (shoulder)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon clove
- salt & pepper
- 3 medium potatoes, boiled & mashed
- 1 (9 inch) double crust pie crusts
Recipe
- 1 fry onion in small amount of butter.
- 2 add meat.
- 3 stir until done.
- 4 add seasoning, then potatoes. stir well.
- 5 turn into a 9-inch pie shell & cover with top crust; slit.
- 6 bake until crust browns.
