Yummy In Your Summertime Tummy Bbq!

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • whole chicken, 4-5 lbs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 place whole chicken in a casserole dish. dry it off with paper towels.
  • 2 brush with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 3 bake at 450 for about an hour or until chicken reaches 170 degrees.
  • 4 debone chicken and shred chicken.
  • 5 place chicken in a crock pot and stir it in with the a bottle of sauce (i use sweet baby ray's), the sugar, and worcestershire sauce.
  • 6 cook on low for 2 hours.
