- 10 large mushrooms
- 8 ounces ground lamb sausage, farmer john's sausage links
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped radish
Recipe
- 1 mix lamb sausage into a meatball.
- 2 add chopped onion and radish to meatball and mix again.
- 3 place mixed meatballs into mushroom cap.
- 4 bake at 370 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 5 serve topped with parmesan cheese.
