Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 10 large mushrooms
  • 8 ounces ground lamb sausage, farmer john's sausage links
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped radish

Recipe

  • 1 mix lamb sausage into a meatball.
  • 2 add chopped onion and radish to meatball and mix again.
  • 3 place mixed meatballs into mushroom cap.
  • 4 bake at 370 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 5 serve topped with parmesan cheese.
