Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons wine
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients well, stirring until salt has dissolved.
- 2 marinate meat for up to 4 hours.
- 3 makes enough to marinate about 2 lbs of lamb or poultry.
