Thanksgiving Ham

Ingredients

- 10 lbs ham
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 -2 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Recipe
- 1 cross hatch ham in roasting pan about 1/2 - 1 inch deep.
- 2 cover with foil and cook for two hours at 350.
- 3 before the two hours is up mix honey, sugar, mustard, and cloves in a saucepan until blened well
- 4 remove ham and baste with glaze.
- 5 replace uncovered ham into oven basting every 15- 20 minutes for the next hour.
- 6 let rest 20 minutes and carve.
