Sweet Lamb Chops

Ingredients

• 6 lamb chops
• 2/3 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup celery, chopped
• salt
• pepper
• 6 tablespoons cold water

Recipe

• 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 place lamb chops on a non-stick bake pan, set aside.
• 3 in a medium bowl, stir all ingredients until well mixed. spread over each lamb chop.
• 4 cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 75 minutes.
• 5 serve with rice.
