- 5 -7 lbs lamb loin or 5 -7 lbs lamb sirloin roast
- 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (8 ounce) cans el pato hot sauce
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup water

- 1 mix together and pour over meat. cook in crock pot on low for 8-10 hours.shred meat and serve.
