quick cantonese sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1.5
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
