Saucy Chops Ii

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 boneless lamb chops
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins Ready Time: 1 hr

  • over medium-high heat, melt butter in a large saucepan. add lamb chops and cook until browned on both sides. season with salt and pepper. top with onion slices.
  • in a bowl, stir together soup, ketchup and worcestershire sauce. pour soup mixture over lamb chops.
  • cover pan and simmer until meat is no longer pink inside and thermometer reads 145 degrees f (63 degrees c), about 40 to 60 minutes.
