Chutney With Mint

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3.5
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 2 hrs 15 mins

  • in a medium bowl, mix the mint, onion, sugar, vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt. cover the mixture and refrigerate 2 hours, or until chilled.
