Sylvia's Breaded Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 -8 tenderized lamb tenderloin
  • 1 1/2 cups fine breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano or 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (optional)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 combine bread crumbs and all the spices in one bowl.
  • 2 place beaten eggs in another bowl.
  • 3 get frying pan hot with the oil.
  • 4 dip the lamb tenderloins in the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mix, covering it well.
  • 5 place into frying pan with hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  • 6 transfer to a casserole or roaster and continue baking at 350 degrees until completely done.
  • 7 serve with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts.
  • 8 awesome.
