- 16 ounces ground turkey
- 4 egg whites, beaten slightly
- 1 1/2-2 teaspoons ground sage
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons water
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 form into patties.
- 3 spray a non-stick skillet w some pam.
- 4 fry patties, browning on both sides.
- 5 when nearly cooked, add water, cover, and cook a minute or two more on low heat to cook through.
