Ingredients
- 2 (29 ounce) cans unseasoned tomato sauce
- 1 cup unpasteurized unfiltered cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- to taste kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 mix everything but the salt in a non-reactive pan and heat on medium low until reduced to desired thickness, anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes.
- 2 taste and add salt if needed.
