Swiss Loaf (a Meatloaf By Peg Bracken)

Total Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4 1/2 ounces swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • mix ingredients together in the order they're given. press into a greased loaf pan. bake uncovered at 350 f for 1-1 1/2 hour.
