Thai Turkey Burgers

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 green onions (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (finey chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 dash fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Recipe

  • 1 combine turkey, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • 2 shape into four burgers.
  • 3 grill, broil, or pan-fry until cooked through.
  • 4 place burgers on bun and serve.
