Ingredients

• 2 ounces bourbon whiskey
• 2 ounces soya sauce
• 1 ounce liquid smoke

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients and put into a mist type spray bottle.
• 2 spray on meat before cooking (adjust amount to your personal taste - i use just enough to dampen the meat).
