Ultimate Hot Crab Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons minced bell peppers
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans lump crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • tortilla chips, for serving
  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped spinach
  • 15 ounces artichokes in water

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and mayonnaise. stir in peppers,onions, cheese and seasonings. fold in crabmeat. pour mixture into a baking casserole, and top with diced tomatoes. bake at 350 degrees for approx 10 to 15 minutes. serve with tortilla chips.
  • 2 if adding cooked shopped spinach or artichoke hearts, do so before folding in crabmeat.
  • 3 just fyi, you can add both spinach and artichoke if you want to.
  • 4 i find throwing the veges into the food processor produces the most desireable texture to the final dip.
