Ultimate Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons minced bell peppers
- 2 (6 ounce) cans lump crabmeat
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small tomato, diced
- tortilla chips, for serving
- 1/2 cup cooked chopped spinach

- 15 ounces artichokes in water
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and mayonnaise. stir in peppers,onions, cheese and seasonings. fold in crabmeat. pour mixture into a baking casserole, and top with diced tomatoes. bake at 350 degrees for approx 10 to 15 minutes. serve with tortilla chips.
- 2 if adding cooked shopped spinach or artichoke hearts, do so before folding in crabmeat.
- 3 just fyi, you can add both spinach and artichoke if you want to.
- 4 i find throwing the veges into the food processor produces the most desireable texture to the final dip.
