Vegetarian Baked Bean Meatloaf!

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • 1 (16 ounce) can vegetarian baked beans
  • 1 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons dried herbs

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 325°f.
  • 2 mash beans and breadcrumbs together.
  • 3 add other ingredients and form to a dough.
  • 4 if needed, you may add touch of skim/soy milk to thin.
  • 5 place loaf in greased loaf pan.
  • 6 bake approximately 1 hour and enjoy!
