Westport Seafood Fettucini

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce cooking oil
  • 1 large pinch garlic
  • 1 1/2 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 ounces fish, cubed
  • 1 ounce baby prawns
  • 2 ounces scallops
  • 1 ounce shrimp
  • 1 ounce crabmeat
  • 2 ounces fettuccine, cooked
  • 3/4 ounce green onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 1/2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
  • seasoning salt
  • sweet basil, large pinch

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in saute pan and add garlic, mushrooms, and fish; saute 1 minute. add baby prawns and scallops; saute 1-2 minutes more. add shrimp, crab meat, fettucini, green onions, sour cream and half and half, saute until heated through. finish off with the parmesan cheese, and add seasonings. serve in a large heated boat dish, sprinkling top with fresh, chopped parsley, if desired.
