Wet Burritos

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 (16 ounce) cam pinto beans
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cam cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- salsa (for serving)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat, drain off the grease.
- 3 add taco seasoning, beans, and onion.
- 4 in a medium bowl, mix the mushroom soup, and the sour cream until mixture is smooth.
- 5 pour the soup mixture over the meat mixture and mix thoroughly.
- 6 place 2 tortillas on the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish followed by a layer of 1/3 of the meat mixture.
- 7 continue layering until all the ingredients have been used ending with meat mixture on top.
- 8 sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of everything.
- 9 bake until the casserole is bubbling, and the cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
- 10 serve with salsa.
