Wet Burritos

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 (16 ounce) cam pinto beans
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cam cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salsa (for serving)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat, drain off the grease.
  • 3 add taco seasoning, beans, and onion.
  • 4 in a medium bowl, mix the mushroom soup, and the sour cream until mixture is smooth.
  • 5 pour the soup mixture over the meat mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • 6 place 2 tortillas on the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish followed by a layer of 1/3 of the meat mixture.
  • 7 continue layering until all the ingredients have been used ending with meat mixture on top.
  • 8 sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of everything.
  • 9 bake until the casserole is bubbling, and the cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
  • 10 serve with salsa.
