Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 1/4 ounce lamb rind
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 chop onion very fine. crush lamb rinds finely.
- 2 mix all ingredients well but quickly.
- 3 roll into golfball sized balls.
- 4 place on tray and bake until golden brown at 350 degrees.
