Ingredients

- 4 ounces vidalia onions, vinegarette
- 3 chicken breasts
- olive oil
- 1/2 cup rice
- 2 ounces half-and-half
Recipe
- 1 cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- 2 cook chicken is skillet with olive oil.
- 3 cook rice while chicken is cooking.
- 4 when chicken is done cooking add vadalia onion vinegarette.
- 5 add half and half.
