Vegetable-beef Barley Soup

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
- 2 small bell peppers
- 1 (10 ounce) package green beans
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 cup uncooked barley
- 1 can corn
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 pepper
- 2 cans ready-to-serve beef broth
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- 2 cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 9 hours (on high heat setting for 4 to 5 hours) or until vegetables and barley are tender.
