Vegetarian Meatless Pepper & Mushroom Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 cups vegetarian ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom, fresh, sliced
  • 2/3 cup red & green pepper, mixed, chopped 1/2-inch dice
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced 1/4-inch slices
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 tablespoons dry garlic flakes or 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 5 ounces cream of mushroom soup

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything together in a large mixing bow.
  • 2 transfer into a lightly greased casserole dish with a lid or cover with foil.
  • 3 bake in 375°f oven for 35 minutes covered.
  • 4 serve & enjoy.
