Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 2 cups vegetarian ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushroom, fresh, sliced
- 2/3 cup red & green pepper, mixed, chopped 1/2-inch dice
- 2 stalks celery, sliced 1/4-inch slices
- salt & pepper
- 3 tablespoons dry garlic flakes or 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
- 1 mix everything together in a large mixing bow.
- 2 transfer into a lightly greased casserole dish with a lid or cover with foil.
- 3 bake in 375°f oven for 35 minutes covered.
- 4 serve & enjoy.
