Ingredients
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 cup vidalia onion, finely minced
- cracked black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, brown sugar, onion, rosemary and pepper.
- 2 pour over desired meat and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours. turn meat occasionally.
